UK based former staff who are away from base and need to contact staff travel, should telephone +44 (0)161 447 5665 

The lines are open between 0700-2000 hrs (UK local times) 7 days a week, with the exception of 25 December and 01 January

There is also an email address for complex questions that cannot be resolved by calling the staff travel call centre and for administration matters such as staff travel eligibility- please do not e-mail this address with booking requests as these e-mails will not be actioned or replied to.

NOTE: Ticket refund requests will only be processed if the ticket is within 1 year of issue. Tickets received more than 12 months after the date of issue will be returned un-actioned.
