When purchasing e-tickets for travel on other carriers you must ensure that you have a copy of the e-ticket details. When a listing is required the document must be referred to for the ticketing details and it must also be presented to the operating airline for check-in and any Immigration or Security purposes.

When the e-tickets are issued you will receive an email. The receipt of this email will vary depending on local processing arrangements.

To print a copy of the e-ticket details you must go to ‘Manage bookings’ on the BA staff travel booking site and enter the booking reference. The e-ticket details should then be printed by selecting the print option. This shows the passenger name(s), flight routing and the e-ticket numbers.
