Staff travel check-in process – Terminal 1 LHR

Flights between London and Almaty, Amman, Baku, Beirut, Belfast City, Dublin, Dusseldorf, Hanover, Luxembourg, Lyon, Marseille, Tbilisi, Tel Aviv and Toulouse operate from Terminal 1 LHR.

Leeds Bradford, Rotterdam and Zagreb commence on 09 December 2012 and Cairo commencing on 04 January 2013. (moves from Terminal 5)

Check-in
Check-in online at ba.com – firm tickets only
Check-in at a kiosk in Terminal 1, Zone B

If you have seat allocated at check-in
Go to bag drop for baggage tags
If you do not have any baggage go straight to the security check

If you do not have a seat allocated at check-in
Go with your bags to the Flight Management Desk (FMD) B1-B2

If you do not get on the flight
You can use an ESS kiosk on the far right hand position of the landside Customer Service and Reservations desk in Zone B, to relist yourself

Reminder: there is no staff travel office in Terminal 1
