Catering at British Airways lounges in the UK will be provided by a new supplier: BaxterStorey.
The five-year deal will see BaxterStorey providing the dining at 14 First and Galleries lounges across the UK as well as the Concorde Room at Terminal 5.
All of the 500 employees currently employed across the airline’s lounge and Concorde Room catering teams will receive training to bring them in line with BaxterStorey’s approach to service delivery.
