A system problem has resulted in the UK departure tax (GB) not being charged on tickets issued on Monday 21 January to certain routes.

The staff travel office are aware of this problem and will shortly be making arrangements to collect this payment.

To assist, if you purchased basic or premium standby tickets on 21 January and are aware of the under payment and have not commenced travel please refund your tickets and make a new application.

If travel has commenced or you purchased tickets against your annual concession, we will be contacting you for payment due. If necessary arrangements will be made for your e-tickets to be re-issued.
