Personal Travel on the Joint Service Agreement (JSA) routes operated by Qantas
Due to the cessation of the JSA agreement with Qantas on 31 March 13, the special personal travel agreement will end. This means that for travel on these routes from 01 April 13, all tickets will be issued in accordance with the standard oneworld agreement at the Zonal Medium (ZM) fare level. Annual free tickets will no longer be valid on these routes. Any outstanding tickets issued under the special arrangement will no longer be valid from 01 April and a refund should be applied for.
