Alyson Carswell has been appointed as the new head of Heathrow Operations and will join Andy Lord’s leadership team, formally starting in the role on April 15.

“Aly brings a wealth of experience,” said Andy Lord. “She joins Operations from Cargo where she has recently been chief of staff and was also responsible for Cargo’s London operations. Aly has also managed the airline’s contact centres and has worked in Customer Service and Operations.”

Andy Lord also thanked Kuldeep Nothey who has led Heathrow Operations since Ken Petrie’s illness. Kuldeep returns to his previous position of manager Baggage Services.
For short-haul breaks travellers are jetting off to European destinations such as Barcelona, Geneva, Amsterdam, Rome, Nice, Berlin and Madrid.
