IAG Group traffic measured in Revenue Passenger Kilometres increased by 7.4 per cent versus May 2012.

Group capacity measured in Available Seat Kilometres rose by 6.3 per cent.

Group premium traffic for May decreased by 2.9 per cent compared to the previous year. Non-premium traffic fell 6.9 per cent. Both traffic and load factors were affected an earlier UK half term and an additional bank holiday compared to last year.

British Airways saw Revenue Passenger Kilometres increase by 2.7 per cent compared to May 2012, with a 0.7 per cent decrease on Available Seat Kilometres.
