Executive Club members can look forward to a range of new rewards following the launch of Lifetime Recognition, which is aimed at developing an even stronger sense of belonging within the Club. From September 10, Executive Club members will accumulate lifetime tier points.
Lifetime tier points will enable members to achieve a range of rewards being introduced, starting with Gold membership for life. This is being automatically awarded to members who have earned 35,000 tier points. This reward recognises the lifetime tier points members have earned since they first joined.
The launch of Lifetime Recognition means members will now be able to see their Lifetime tier points on their homepage alongside their annual tier points and Avios balances. There will be no changes to the tier points members need to earn to renew or reach the next tier in the Executive Club.
“We want our members to feel recognised for the entirety of their membership in the Executive Club – past, present and future,” said Executive Club manager James Hillier.
“We will be launching new benefits to reward their lifetime loyalty and we believe by making our members feel like they ‘belong’ to the Executive Club we are really fulfilling our members’ reason to believe in “To Fly. To Serve.”
The Executive Club team will be at DE1 in the week starting 30 September to talk more about the Executive Club, personal recognition and the introduction of Lifetime Recognition.
Competition
In August, the Executive Club ran a competition for their members, asking them to send in a photograph that, in their view, represented ‘to belong’.
The winning photographs, which feature in the Lifetime Recognition launch email, form the basis of our new colleague competition. To enter, just visit the competition page on the intranet and pick your favourite image from the winning photographs, then enter your details into our prize draw to win 9,000 Avios – that’s enough for a return flight to Paris.
