We have been advised that the online refund form has not been working properly since 14 Feb. & because of this there are over 3,000 refunds outstanding .The form is now working however there is still the large number awaiting action by the refunds team.

Under normal circumstances Staff Travel refunds receive the same priority as all other refunds, but because of this webform failure, and this subsequent backlog of requests, they have been placed on the highest priority . The team dealing with this will get the backlog cleared as quickly as possible.

The intention is they will start this first thing today and continue working on it until clear.

This has only affected those refund requests which could not be actioned using Staff Travel online and required a webform to be submitted
