In First and Club World cabin crew will be offering our customers washbags and other amenities to which passengers on staff travel are not eligible.
There will be occasions where cabin crew may offer these to staff in error. It is the staff member’s responsibility on these occasions to politely decline. Please ensure that your nominees are also aware.
Should you return to your seat and find any amenities that have been left for you, please ensure during your flight that these are returned to the cabin crew unused so that they can re-stow for use on future flights.
