British Airways has scooped a top PR industry award for the launches of its new aircraft last year

The airline picked up the Consumer Award at the PRCA Awards on November 11, in recognition of its successful campaigns to introduce the brand new A380 and Boeing 787 aircraft to the world.

British Airways beat off competition from brands including Nationwide Building Society and Prudential UK, winning the votes of judges from some of the top PR agencies in the country.

The PRCA (Public Relations Consultants Association) is Europe’s largest PR association, representing 12,000 PR professionals across the continent.
