Heathrow’s Terminal 5 voted World’s Best Airport Terminal

London Heathrow’s Terminal 5 has been voted ‘World’s Best Airport Terminal’ by air travellers for the fourth year running.The terminal came top of the table in the Skytrax 2015 World Airport Awards – the largest, annual global airport customer satisfaction survey. Heathrow was also awarded first place in the ‘Best Airport Shopping’ category

The World Airport Awards are the most prestigious accolades for the airport industry voted by customers in the largest, annual global airport customer satisfaction survey. The World Airport Awards are a global benchmark of airport excellence, and widely known as the Passengers Choice Awards.

London Heathrow Airport Terminal 5 won the Award for “World’s Best Airport Terminal”, with Singapore Changi Airport Terminal 3 taking 2nd place and Madrid-Barajas Airport Terminal T4 in 3rd place.
