British Airways has launched a new marketing campaign to promote the Caribbean destinations it flies to from Gatwick.
The campaign runs from May 5 to May 26 with the strapline ‘Escape to the Caribbean’. It will include press advertising, poster sites, digital display boards, a Time Out media partnership and an experiential campaign at London Victoria station.
It will allow commuters the chance to escape their everyday lives for the fun and sun of the Caribbean and win flights to the islands, at both Victoria Station and within Time Out.
It has been launched with a partnership within Time Out where commuters have 48 hours to submit their reason why they should escape to the Caribbean next week. All they have to do is go online at timeout.com/caribbeanescape and they could be winning themselves the chance to attend an exclusive Time Out Caribbean party in London this Friday, where they will find out if they are going to the Caribbean.
Colm Lacy, Head of Commercial for Gatwick said: “We wanted to bring to life the variety of options we have for people wanting to escape to the Caribbean this year. With great Caribbean sale pricing and a targeted advertising, partnership and experiential campaign, we really hope people will be influenced to book their next Caribbean escape.”
