British Airways is increasing its services to Geneva from London City Airport – including three times as many flights and a year-round service
The current service from the Docklands caters for winter sports enthusiasts with five flights a week during the winter only.
But the frequency will increase by up to three flights a day from September 6, incorporating morning and evening flights from both cities aimed at the business market.
Luke Hayhoe, general manager commercial, London City, said: “Geneva has traditionally been a leisure route for us from London City but more and more of our customers have been asking us to provide a year-round business schedule, linking these two important commercial centres and complementing the services we offer from London Heathrow.”
