British Airways’ Internal Communications team has won an industry award for its innovative Pop Art campaign to promote the Service Hallmarks. The Lichtenstein-style design and innovative approach was recognised at the PRCA Awards, held in London this week.
The PRCA is the largest PR association in Europe and it promotes all aspects of public relations and internal communications work.
The BA team was up against Eurostar in the shortlist for the Employee Engagement Award, but won thanks to the campaign’s creativity and impact in reaching front line colleagues.
