Engineering has embarked on the roll out of its Mobile Maintenance programme which will revolutionise the way in which aircraft maintenance is planned and delivered.

Mobile Maintenance is a significant investment for Engineering and will see colleagues become a truly mobile and connected team.

For some this will mean receiving their tasks for the day via an iPad, using it to check manuals, order spares and parts and sign off jobs – all by the side of the aircraft. Support colleagues will receive this data in real time, proactively managing the airline’s maintenance requirements to deliver industry leading safety and operational performance.
