Colleagues are now able to check on-load status for flights departing from Terminal 3 as well as Terminal 5.
The tool replicates the on-load screens which are located in the T3 staff travel room and means that colleagues can now check their status anywhere and no longer need to monitor the screens in the room. The tracker is now the primary tool for checking on-load status when travelling standby, following positive user feedback.
The tracker can be accessed on any mobile device. Visit www.ba.com/onload and simply enter the booking reference and flight number to view the on-load status.
Information will be available two hours before the time of departure and up to one hour after. Once confirmed, the tracker will direct colleagues to bag drop.
