List Bookings – online issue There is currently an intermittent problem with List bookings.

Staff travel recommend that once you have created a new booking online you make a note of the booking reference.

Staff Travel will be able to assist you if you have already made a booking and can no longer find it but you must be able to advise which flight/date you have booked, as it is affecting offline bookings as well.

If in the meantime you have set up more than 1 booking, once you have obtained the booking reference/s from the call centre, you will be able to cancel or refund via the normal online process.
