British Airways has launched its new BOTler – a personal Facebook Messenger BOT that acts as a personal online butler, offering customers a ‘best of the best’ guide to travelling to London this winter.

In highlighting numerous reasons to visit the UK capital this winter season, the British Airways BOTler offers live updates on exclusive deals and personalised recommendations on top attractions and experiences tailored for individual users.

Launched to support the airline’s ‘London for Less’ global winter campaign, the British Airways BOTler is available to customers in Italy, Singapore, France, Germany, Dubai, India and Japan.

Exclusive British Airways BOTler deals include luxury for less stays at the Rosewood London, discounts at Biscester Village and a VIP Pass and discounts at Westfield London. It also offers customers an exclusive deal from British Airways Holidays for holiday package bookings made this December.

Customers can start a conversation with the British Airways BOTler by looking up British Airways on Facebook or Facebook Messenger.
