The great British partnership takes to the skies today, as Marks & Spencer products are now served in Euro Traveller cabins on all short-haul and domestic routes from Heathrow and Gatwick. Since October, over 8,000 cabin crew have completed a bespoke training course and are now ready to delight customers with the new exciting brand partnership.

The menu will be updated every three months, and includes a range of high-quality food such as fresh sandwiches, salads and yoghurt with granola, along with other well-known favourites such as Percy Pigs. Customers will also be able to quench their thirst with Cadbury’s hot chocolate, Java Republic coffee and Bombay Sapphire, to name a few.

Abi Comber, Head of Customer, commented: “Our customers are not happy with our current food offering. They have told us they would rather have the option to buy high-quality food on board rather than retain the current quality. When we carried out our research, customers were clear they wanted two things: choice and quality. M&S seemed like a natural fit.”

Teams from across BA have worked with inflight retail partner, Tourvest, to be the first airline to team up with a well-known high street food partner such as M&S.
